As a mom, pastor, entrepreneur, and wife (to name a few of my roles) there are often a lot of details and to-do’s swirling in my brain. Sometimes the energy spent thinking about or dreading a task or action out weighs what it will take to just get it done. Sometimes something that is weighing heavily on us doesn’t even need to be done.
