FRIDAY PRACTICE Notice || How have you experienced rest lately?

What has your rest looked like recently? Has it been deep and nourishing? Has it been forced or desperate? What has been contributing to the renewal of your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual energy? I invite you to slow down and notice the quality of your rest.

If you are not experiencing renewing rest, why not? What is getting in the way of it? What is your mindset about rest? What emotions do you experience when you feel tiredness in your body and need to, want to rest?

What tweak (or dramatic shift) might you make to ensure you are getting the rest you need not only to function but to thrive?

Remember, you are more than your productivity. Freely giving yourself time and space to rest (without guilt or excuse) is an act of claiming your dignity and worth outside of what you do.
